Just in time for the holidays the Mamavation Two Week Challenge is back! We asked for your feedback and you responded with some great ideas that will make this the best Two Week Challenge yet. The biggest change? We have added an Optional nutrition component to the plan.

Participants who successfully complete the two-week challenge will be entered into a drawing to receive:
