Shorter days, longer nights, colder temps – Ughhh! For most of us the days of sunset swims and scenic bike rides are long gone. I don’t know about you, but combined with juggling family, work and the onslaught of commotion brought forth by the hectic holiday season, I found my fitness routines have been laid to rest leaving me unmotivated to workout. Well, if your new year resolution is to stick to the healthy habits and keep your routine from slipping into hibernation, let’s make few adjustments to keep us active through the snow season!
