Last week we learned all about what ingredients we should avoid in our foods, so now that we’re armed with that knowledge, we’re going to learn about what we should be eating. Nutrition is a huge component in the weight loss that our Mamavation Moms see in our bootcamps, so we’re very excited to have our very own nutritionist who devises the personalized eating plans for our ladies as our expert this week.

Alysa Bajenaru of InspiredRD.comAlysa Bajenaru is very passionate about health and fitness – in fact, she not only has a career as a Registered Dietitian and a degree in Nutritional Science, she also has certificates in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Group Fitness from the American Council on Exercise. She is absolutely fantastic with creating personalized meal plans for the Mamavation Moms in our bootcamps too! If you need a gluten free recipe, she has plenty on her website – her personal diagnosis of Celiac disease has inspired her to come up with many very delightful and delicious Celiac-friendly recipes.
