Dr. Hannah Gardener is an epidemiologist and healthy home consultant. She received her doctorate in epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health in 2007 and has been conducting clinical research and teaching at a medical school for the past 16 years. With over 100 peer-reviewed publications in medical journals and several book chapters, her research focus is on modifiable risk factors for neurological diseases. She also has a passion for educating people and organizations about environmental health and the avoidance of toxic chemicals. In 2011 she founded a consulting business called A Green Slate. Dr Gardener’s goal is to help families reduce their exposure to environmental toxins with a gradual, stress-free, and evidence-based approach. She helps people identify unhealthy exposures in their environment with easy, inexpensive substitutes and solutions.
